In this episode we begin our series on the founder of Ba Gua Zhang, Dong Hai Chuan. We look at Bruce's account of Dong's life and then take a dive into the Ba Gua Classics from Andrea Faulk's and Frank Allen's books.

In our latest Patreon episode we follow up our Spiraling Energy Body series by beginning series on the eight energy bodies in Taoism. These eight bodies are the structure Bruce uses to map out different layers of energy in the body. It is a key element in Taoist meditation as well as Bagua Zhang. We explore their i-ching connection as well as their uses in qigong and martial arts.
